You pay for the Helpline and Consulting services you use with Nuggets, our own in-house currency.

Each Nugget costs 1.56 € and represents a particular time value, which depends on the service that you choose.

You can view the current value of a Nugget at any time via your Helpdesk access.

How does the billing work?

Billing is always according to the expenses incurred. You will not have to pay any additional costs for categorizing your enquiry, processing the fault, or a rough estimate of the possible cost.

How do i get nuggets?

At the start of our new service concept, you will receive a free quota of Nuggets. You can access your Nugget account through your Helpdesk access. There you can see your current balance of Nuggets at any time. If you go below the minimum quota of 45 Nuggets, you can easily top up with just one or two clicks.

Ordering Nuggets
Select the item "Article catalog" in the menu on the left. You will then see the Nugget packs that you can order. Select the pack you want and then click on the "Add to basket" button.

View the details
In the article catalog for the particular Nugget pack, click on the "More information" link to display further details about the pack you selected. This includes the current value of a Nugget, for example.
