Do you find it difficult to keep tabs on the progress of your projects, so that you can quickly react to correct any undesirable developments? Do you want to keep your running costs under control? Would you like to be able to book labor times to each particular order? The Order Processing Base gives you trouble-free support for these and other problems. You can keep an eye on material requirements, the project pricing, final pricing, warehouse stocks, and much more.
The order processing function allows you to constantly monitor your orders and reevaluate project progress accordingly at any time. You can react immediately if a project threatens to go off course.
When an order is completed, you can also see how profitable the project has been by means of various overviews, so that you can reevaluate the processes concerned as needed.
Order processing lets you keep your running costs under constant control. The material, labor, third party services and other purchase costs are shown in detail for each order along with all relevant data. You can adjust, expand, or edit these data to suit any new conditions at any time. You can also set up various trades in order to distribute the costs over the different phases of the project. Item-specific preset times for installation and technical processing are used when calculating an order.
Keep a clear view
You can open various overviews for a project, such as overviews of all the purchase orders for an order along with the quantities delivered, of the delivery slips and the corresponding item quantities, of the item requirements for the entire order split up according to various criteria, or of all the invoices pertaining to an order along with a display of the amounts paid and still owing.
The multiple warehouse management function allows you to keep an eye on stock levels and to optimize the warehouse stock to match the actual demand. You can create and manage different warehouses and even generate a separate order warehouse for each order.
Work reports can be recorded as weekly reports and order reports. The labor times in the work reports are booked to the particular order and are thus available for billing or final costing. You can specify work times, surcharges, flat rates, and expenses.
Billing according to plan
If you have arranged fixed dates for payment of an order with your customer, an invoicing plan can be used to generate the corresponding on account invoices at the appropriate times.
You can use an invoicing plan when booking an order to specify the individual payment deadlines, payment amounts (fixed sum or percentage of the order value) as well as a security deposit (including duration).
